The Mileage Quest app utilizes your calendar and smartphone's Global Positioning System (GPS) to record events and track trips.

Vacation mode is a feature that pauses mileage tracking during your vacation or non-working days.
To enable Dark Mode, go to Settings > Appearance, then choose between Light Mode, Dark Mode, or Device Default, and apply your selection.
Mileage Quest displays events that have specific locations (addresses) and occur within a defined time frame, excluding all-day events. Ensure your event includes both a location (address) and a specific time (e.g., 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM).
Mileage Quest uses GPS to detect trips, so if the app isn't working properly, it might be due to a permission issue. Ensure Mileage Quest has permission to track your location at all times. On iPhones, location access is typically set to "only while using the app" by default when Mileage Quest is first installed. You may need to change this setting to "always" in your phone's location services settings to ensure proper functionality.
If you have the same event in multiple calendars, Mileage Quest will capture each instance. To avoid duplicates, disable synchronization for one of your calendars and remove the duplicate events from that calendar.
You can reset your password directly from the app's login page by tapping on "Forgot Password?" or from the website.
Unfortunately, once an account is deleted, it is permanently erased from the Mileage Quest database.

For individual subscribers, you may cancel at any time by ending your subscription through your Apple ID or via the website dashboard, depending on your subscription method. For business accounts, please contact support through the web chat or contact us form.
If your account is licensed through a business, they can access your documented business trips with your consent. For personal use, only you have access to your mileage information and can decide who to share it with, such as your tax preparer.

Please note, upon deleting your account all data about your account is permenantly deleted and there is no way support can recover your data.
